Day 1: Grilled Harissa & Honey Pork Tenderloin with String Beans and Sourdough

Day 2: Black Bean and Roasted Veggie Buddha Bowls

Day 3: Chicken Enchiladas with Chopped Salads

Note: The enchiladas can be made ahead and reheated for multiple eating times.

Day 4: Air Fryer Breaded Chicken and Roasted Broccoli

Note: This is great for nights you have kids eating at multiple times, prep it ahead and pop it in the air fryer when you need! I serve the broccoli at room temperature, but you could also do salads.

Flex Meal: One Pan Corn Zucchini Orzo Bake

Note: This could also be a side to the air fryer chicken. This is a new recipe and my kids liked it but didn’t love it. My husband and I really enjoyed it! I think it would be a great side to grilled foods when having company in the summer/early fall.

Extras: Homemade Sunbutter Granola Bars and Zucchini Bread Waffles
