John has been requesting chili and it really felt like fall this week so I thought it would be perfect after a busy day of games on Sunday. It is hopefully going to be nice again next week so looking forward to getting a grill night in.

Day 1: Slow Cooker Chili with Cornbread and a raw veggie platter.
Day 2: Grilled Yogurt Marinated Chicken (doing as thin breasts instead of kebabs), Fall Harvest Salad and Weekly Sourdough
Day 3: Dinner Breakfast Burritos
Note: I love that this has no real prep and comes together super fast (10 mins). Serve with fruit, raw veggies or as it is for a busy night!
Day 4: Short-Cut Meal: Chicken (I am using these) or Veggie Burgers (I like these best) on English Muffins with side of choice (salads, peas with feta and walnuts, roasted veggies, frozen fries….)
Extras: Applesauce Bread and Pumpkin Biscotti
