Day 1: Parmesan Basil Tilapia or Salmon Air Fryer or Baked with weekly loaf and an easy salad
Day 2: Slow Cooker Moroccan Chicken with Pearled Cous Cous – I am using a combination of these 2 recipes that I like (maybe I should post with my version of the combo of the two). Skinny Taste Moroccan Chicken and/or Food and Wine Moroccan Chicken
Day 3: Grilled Garlic Skirt Steak, Halloween Potatoes & Your Favorite Roasted Veggie
Day 4: Sheet Pan Jack’O Lantern Quesadillas & Salads (I am going to try this: Farro, Beet and Sweet Potato Arugula Salad out for the adults-update – this was delicious!)
Extras: Spooky Ghost & Spider Web Pancakes and Halloween Cheese Crackers (use this recipe with halloween shapes!)
