Day 1: Slow Cooker Red Wine Braised Short Ribs over pasta, gnocchi or pureed cauliflower. Serve with salads or roasted veggies
Day 2: Super Simple Green Soup – serve with toasted bread or quesadillas for kids
Day 3: Air Fryer Herbed Chicken with Roasted Rosemary and Thyme Potatoes and veggie of choice
Note: This was the first time I tried this chicken and it was great, I am used leftover fresh herbs instead of dried.
Day 4: Slow Cooker Ribs served with corn muffins and green beans
Day 5: Flex Meal: Cheesy Black Beans with rice or chips
Note: This is a great as an appetizer for a game watch as well. I make it a little less spicy with sweet paprika and no red chili flakes.
