Hi! I am utilizing my slow cooker this week for some protein meal prep! You can make one large batch of shredded chicken and use half for the pasta bake and then add bbq sauce and make sliders or you can do 2 separate batches for a little more bbq flavor in the sliders. Enjoy!

Day 1: Easy Breakfast for Dinner: Scrambled Eggs, Toast and pick a veggie or fruit
Day 2: No Boil Pasta Bake with Shredded Chicken and Veggies
Day 3: Ground Turkey Quesadillas (kept the corn and black beans on the side for the kids)
Note: This was a new recipe and a big hit – also a good way to do use leftover taco meat).
Day 4: Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Sliders – serve with salads, pickles, apples, tater tots….
