Day 1: Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Tikka Masala serving with rice, naan, carrots and roasted sweet potatoes
Note: This was super easy and a great easy meal to come home after a long day on the fields, but something was a little off with the sauce. I would like to try and rebalance it.
Day 2: Chicken Enchiladas and Simple Side Salads
Day 3: Sheet Pan Pesto Fish and Veggies and sourdough
Day 4: Burger Bowls
Note: This was the first time I made these and they were great and super easy!
