A fun menu this week with two grill staples and two new recipes that I am excited to try. Have a great week and holiday weekend.

Day 1: Grilled Garlic Skirt Steak and Roasted Broccoli Pasta Salad
Day 2: 15 minute Veggie Lo Mein
Note: This was the first time I am tried this recipe and it was great, but it took 20 minutes for me. I served with leftover steaks and it was a perfect meal.
Day 3: Grilled Yogurt Chicken bowls – make your bowl: Grain (farro, orzo, rice, cous cous, quinoa) + Veggie (cucumbers, peppers, sweet potatoes, shredded carrot…) + Cheese (feta, goat, gruyere, mozzarella) + Sauce (hummus, lemon tahini, pesto, green goddess)
Day 4: Chicken Parmesan Sliders + Salad
Note: This was the first time I am tried this recipe and it was just ok – I will not do it again.
