Day 1: Lemon Chicken Pasta Salad
Note: This was super delicious. I will be making it again, I deconstructed it for my children.
Day 2: Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Sliders with a Watermelon Arugula Feta and Cucumber Salad (Note: my children do not eat arugula) and Corn
Day 3: Grilled Rosemary & Garlic Sirloin Steak with a Pesto Pasta Salad and Broccoli
Day 4: Zucchini Turkey Meatball Bowls with roasted veggie of choice & grain of choice (rice, farro, quinoa or orzo) and a lemon tahini sauce (also great with pesto).
Extras: Sunbutter Cheerio Bars – make these with your favorite nut butter. I do sun for lunch boxes but peanut butter for afternoon snacks.
