Day 1: Mediterranean Chicken Kebabs (short-cut meal from Costco) – if you want to make your own this chicken has a similar taste and you can make as rice bowls or we are doing with Pesto Pasta this week.
Day 2: Asian Pork Tenderloin Dinner (grill or air fryer) with rice & sugar snap peas
Day 3: Slow Cooker Chili Lime Tacos with corn and salads
Day 4: Slow Cooker Beer Braised Short Rib Sliders with roasted green beans and sweet potatoes or a kale salad would be great and easy if you prefer
