I am looking forward to welcoming October this week, which is reminding me that good grilling weather is limited so I have two grill recipes on the menu this week.

Day 1: Slow Cooker Meatballs & Spaghetti
Day 2: Grilled Yogurt Chicken with Roasted Cauliflower & Naan
Day 3: Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Garlic Rosemary and Sage, Fall Squash & Roasted Green Beans
Day 4: Crispy Black Bean Tacos and Salads
Note: These were very good for a meatless meal and I was able to prep them ahead. I went 4 out of 5 in my family.
Extras: Corn and Blueberry Muffins and Apple Cake
Note: Both of these are SOO good (I cut the sugar in the cake a little)
