Day 1: Slow Cooker Barbecue Pork Sliders, Pickles, Roasted String Beans and Tater Tots
Note: I used regular paprika and needed 1 cup of barbecue sauce. I am using this as a cook once and eat twice meal (see day 4).
Day 2: Jack’O Lantern Quesadillas and Black Bean Salad (deconstructed for my children)
Day 3: Mummy Hot Dogs and Pumpkin Pasta
Note: This is the first time I made the pumpkin pasta, Chris and I loved, kids did not.
Day 4: Pulled Pork Burrito Bowls – using the rest of the pork from Day 1 to make this easy
Note: This was delicious!
