Day 1: Slow Cooker Ground Turkey Tacos with your favorite taco toppings, corn and salads
Note: The recipe calls for beef, but I am using ground turkey this week. I cooked extra meat and will use this as a second meal (see day 4).
Day 2: Air Fryer Chicken Bites serve with your favorite salad and sourdough (how we did) or as rice bowls and roasted veggies.
Note: This is the first time I made this recipe. I added a little greek yogurt to the marinade and it was delicious. I will definitely be making these again.
Day 3: Breaded Chicken Cutlets, Roasted Broccoli and your favorite Mac & Cheese
Day 4: Nachos! (using leftover meat from day 1 to make this a super fast and easy meal)
