We had some Monday fun and kicked off 4th of July week with an American Flag Pizza! Have fun serving this Patriotic themed pie for your celebration! This pizza comes together easily with my quick pizza dough which now has a gluten free adaptation! The gluten free version comes together easily with the help of Bob’s Red Mill All Purpose 1-1 Gluten Free Flour Blend. It will not rise as much and produce a thin crust – but we all love it and cannot tell the difference!

We love pizza, turkey bacon and the 4th of July so we decided it would be fun to combine them all! We used turkey bacon as the stripes but your toppings can be adaptable to your families favorites. You could just use sauce, cherry tomatoes or red peppers for the stripes!
