BUY YOUR MEAT IN BULK, SEPARATE AND MARINATE BEFORE FREEZING

I find it saves time and money when you buy your meat in bulk, marinate and portion it out. You are cutting herbs, mincing garlic and measuring spices all at one time instead of doing it 4 – 5 times. It makes it easier because you can do the prep work when you have time so you have something ready when you are crunched for time. Below are 2 of my favorite pork tenderloin marinades, but if you search for marinade there are others on my site!
Pork Tenderloin Marinade 1:
2 lbs pork tenderloin
1 tbs olive oil
1 1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp tumeric
1 tsp harissa
Pork Tenderloin Marinade 2:
2 lbs pork tenderloin
1 TBS Olive Oil
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Minced Garlic (about 2 cloves)
1 Bunch Rosemary
