I cannot believe Christmas is less than a week away – I really could have used that extra week this year! If you are like me there is only one more day of school and you are frantically finishing your shopping and wrapping! I am hoping to get most of it done today and then enjoy cocktails with friends and family over the next week. I wanted to share with you my fun Cranberry, Pomegranate & Rosemary Holiday Cocktails. With the addition of the pomegranate and rosemary this traditional cocktail gets a holiday makeover.
These Rosemary Holiday Cocktails have minimal ingredients, are super easy to make and have no added sugar! First simmer your juice with rosemary and then let it cool and chill. Then you can make a couple of cocktails ahead for your guests to have as they arrive. Since they are simple to make you can also wait and make them individually. You can enjoy this with vodka and seltzer or as a mimosa!
We went to an ugly Christmas sweater party and I made the Rosemary Holiday Cocktails for everyone as they arrived. At the party I made half with vodka and half with champagne and let the guests decide. If you are looking for some fun holiday appetizers to go with your cocktails you can check out my Mini Cranberry, Brie and Pistachio Bites, 4 Ingredient Pesto Crostini and my Festive Mini Turkey Meatballs.
