Salad and pizza come together in these easy Chicken Caesar Flatbreads for a super fast dinner that’s sure to please! They are made with only 4 ingredients with the help of convenience items for a great quick weeknight meal. If you want to make it even easier you can pick up pre-made chicken as well!
How to make Easy Chicken Caesar Flatbreads
All you need are 4 items! I use my instant pot shredded chicken that I make for 2-3 meals but you can easily pick up pre-made chicken.
Lay out the flat breads evenly on a sheet pan, top with chicken & cheese.
Bake in an oven preheated to 425 for 7-10 (or broil for 3). While it is baking you can put together your Caesar salad Kit.
When it is lightly browned and cheese has melted take out, top with salad & serve!
My kids prefer the salad on the side. If you have a child who doesn’t like salad you can serve an alternative raw veggie (in this case I did cucumbers).
Tips & Adaptations!
- I use these Naan from Costco but Whole Foods also has good ones. Alternatively you could also use large pitas if you can’t find large Naan.
- I used my easy slow cooker or instant pot shredded chicken, but alternatively
- Use chopped grilled chicken
- Buy a rotisserie chicken
- Buy pre-made grilled chicken to make this even easier.
- Don’t like Caesar salad, use your favorite salad kit (a ranch or Italian one would work great as well!)
Ingredients
- 6 large Naan or pitas
- 2 cups shredded or diced chicken
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese I used part skim
- 1 15 oz Caesar Salad Kit
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 and line an 11x17 sheet pan with parchment paper for easy clean up
- Lay your flat breads evenly out onto the sheet pan
- Add about 1/3 cup of chicken to each flat bread
- Top each flatbread with 2-3 tbsp of shredded cheese
- Bake at 425 for 7-10 minutes or alternatively you can broil for about 3 minutes (every broiler is a little different so keep an eye on). It is done when the cheese has melted and it is lightly browned.
- While it is baking put together your salad kit.
- Top with salad and serve! (My kids prefer the salad on the side).
