Easy Holiday Chocolate Cups come together with minimal ingredients and time and are a super fun holiday treat or gift! They are also very easy to make. All you have to do is melt the chocolate and then portion it into cups. Next, add your toppings of choice and freeze for them to set! Watch me make them here!
Our favorite combination is chocolate with peanut butter swirled and a pretzel on top and for holiday fun we added festive sprinkles. Our second favorite combination is plain chocolate with crushed candy canes! Feel free to get creative with your toppings.
Topping Suggestions for
Easy Holiday Chocolate Cups
- Nut Butter Swirl – peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter (my personal favorite), sunbutter
- Sprinkles – any type
- Pretzels
- Crushed Candy Canes

To avoid nuts as teacher gifts we made them without peanut butter. For more easy DIY holiday food gift ideas check out my post here. They pop easily out of a silicone muffin tin but if you don’t have one you can easily use festive mini cups. Mini paper cups can be found at any grocery store, Target Michaels, etc….
Lastly, these aren’t just for the holidays we love making them with a nut butter swirl and a pretzel as easy little desserts all year round!
