Freeze Avocado!

If you have an avocado that is going bad or a small piece that is leftover you can cut it up and portion it out for smoothies!

Avocados add a nice creamy texture to smoothies! They are a great source of fiber and protein for your smoothie which will help keep you full for the morning!

Berry Avocado Smoothie

1 cup Almond Milk

1/2 Mango

1/4 Avocado

1/4 cup Frozen Riced Caulflower

1/4 Cup 0% Plain Yogurt

Pinch of Cinnamon (Optional)

Handful of Ice

1/6 Avocado

1 cup Spinach

1/4 Cup 0% Plain Yogurt

1 tsp Cinnamon (Optional)
