Today I wanted to share fun alternative uses for these silicone baking cups.  Inspired by a friend on a weekend trip this summer, I bought these baking cups for lunch boxes.  They are great for keeping items separated when you have a box that doesn’t have as many compartments.  Below is just one example, but it would be great for chips when you have an individual guacamole pack or to keep carrots separate from hummus or to separate some yummy cookies as a lunch treat.
