Healthy American Flag Fruit Pizza

Healthy Fruit PizzaWho would not want to celebrate July 4th with a Healthy American Flag Fruit Pizza!!  My children will be consuming A LOT of sugary treats at the beach for the 4th of July celebration so we did not need any more around our house, but I wanted to make something festive and fun for us.  I adapted my favorite sugar cookie by using oat flour in place of the all-purpose flour to make it gluten free, cut the sugar and used avocado oil instead of butter for a healthy fat.  Instead of the traditional whip cream and powdered sugar, I lightly sweetened greek yogurt with honey.  My kiddos had lot of fun developing and eating this, I hope yours do as well and enjoy the 4th!
