Lemon Blueberry Vodka spritzer is a light and refreshing zesty lemon cocktail sweetened naturally with blueberries! Even though we are starting to prepare for school, we are still trying to hold on to summer! This is my first cocktail and I thought it may be fun to do one seasonally. I love a light and refreshing cocktail in the summer. I don’t like to drink anything too sugary anymore, so this cocktail is naturally sweetened by the blueberries and lightened by the club soda. The lemon adds some zest and a fun twist. For those of you who don’t drink or can’t drink, it makes a delicious mocktail as well!
This lemon blueberry vodka spritzer is also a fun and refreshing mocktail for kids (without the vodka of course). My children love to help with cutting and squeezing the lemons. Click here to watch! My favorite kids knives and citrus squeezer can be found on my tools page. I had some good friends come and help me test a few out and this was the hands down favorite – I hope you enjoy as well. If you are looking for another light cocktail, I love this easy 3 ingredient margarita from Gimme some oven that has an optional sweetener.
