Hi! As we are all making a lot more meals I thought it may be helpful to share what we incorporated over the last week. Inspired by some others I started to use my Muffin Tin for lunches and snack trays. A muffin tin lunch or snack tray is a fun and different way to present your meal and also a great way to add a variety of foods into a meal or snack. For a 12 cup muffin tin my 2 older kids share it for lunch. We have also filled it as a family afternoon snack tray.
I switched to a silicone muffin tray last year because I find them easier to use and clean, but you can use anything you have. I have also just used individual silicone cups if only one child wants a lunch like this. There is no right or wrong way to do this just a way to incorporate some fun into a meal. You could also have your children design what goes in ❤️
Muffin Tin Lunch & Snack Tray Guidelines

* 3 proteins (cheese, deli meats, nuts, beans)
* 2 snacks (pretzel/chips/veggie straws, crackers)
* 1 sweet
For a 12 cup snack tray we use these loose guidelines:

* 2-3 proteins (nuts, seeds, cheeses)
* 4-5 snacks (pretzel/chips/veggie straws, crackers, popcorn, energy bites)
