Happy Monday! I have a lot to share this week! Many of my friends have babies or are having babies so I thought it would be fun to do a week of staple recipes for breast feeding moms that may help with milk supply. If you are not pregnant or currently nursing please don’t skip over all of my information this week. I have some fun gift ideas for new moms & recipes that are made with wholesome ingredients that can benefit any family! We have a friend who just had a baby and owns Brekki a yummy overnight oats company and they inspired me to come up with these smoothies with their oats.
If you do not have any Brekki on hand I made a version without it as well. First up a creamy Oatmeal Banana Almond Smoothie (I make it without the Brewer’s Yeast for my children and call it an Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie). Stay tuned tomorrow for healthy nursing foods nutrition information!
