After you have just had a baby it is so hard to find time to make yourself well balanced meals. This Spinach Mango Lactation Smoothie is loaded with everything you need; oats, flax, fruit and greens. It blends up quickly and you can take it on the go and/or is easy to consume while feeding. I made one version for Brekki again and one version without.
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tbs cashew butter
- 1 tbs ground flax
- 1 tbs brewers yeast
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender
- Blend until smooth
- Enjoy!
