Utilizing my sheet pans a lot this week so I can prep ahead and have easy clean up. There is one slow cooker meal for the extremely busy night when everyone eats at different times.

Day 2: Slow Cooker Chicken Lettuce Wraps will serve with some rice as well
Day 3: Crispy Oven Baked Chicken (can do as tenders, nuggets or breasts), roasted broccoli & crispy potatoes or sourdough
Optional: Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
Day 4: Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas
Flex Meal: Breakfast Burritos
Extras: Blender Oat Muffins (microwave mug option) & Chocolate Spinach Energy Bites
