Savanna received a cookbook from America’s Test Kitchen that has inspired a lot more cooking from her and a fun night with her and Chris making tacos last week! We are going to try and make this a weekly tradition so they have picked out sheet pan pizza and kale chips for this week 🙌🏻.
Day 1: Meatless Meal: Sheet Pan Pizza & Kale Chips
Day 2: Veggie Fried Rice – Option to add Chicken (think we may)
Note: This is a new recipe
Day 3: Slow Cooker Ground Taco Meat made into Empanadas (may try these in the air fryer)
Note: I am doubling this to use as tacos next week.
Day 4: 20 Minute Thai Peanut Chicken Ramen
Note: This is a favorite of ours, I have made it numerous times. I will note that it takes a little longer than 20 minutes.
Flex Meal: Costco Mediterranean Chicken Strips with Rice Pilaf & Peas or Veggie of Choice
Extras: Pumpkin White Bean Soup & Spinach Banana Muffins
