It is a big week around here with my first born turning 10!!! We are kicking off the celebrations with a family dinner on Sunday night (menu chosen by the birthday girl) and headed for Hibachi and other celebrations throughout the week. The birthday dinner with grilled steak and homemade focaccia will be the kid favorites for the week, but I personally love the fall flavors and ease of my chicken thighs sheet pan meal.

Day 1: Savanna Family Birthday Dinner: Grilled Garlic Skirt Steak, Easy Homemade Focaccia, Simple Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Maple Butternut Squash, Pasta with Raos & Oreo Rice Krispie Treats
Day 2: Sheet Pan Pesto Fish with leftover focaccia or pasta or weekly sourdough
Day 3: Easy Sesame Chicken with sautéed sugar snap peas
Note: I have not made this before but it was recommended by a good friend – update 11/11: this was great, I made with chicken breasts instead of thighs
