Hi! We have a lot of dinner time activities this winter so I am going to be leaning on my slow cooker once to twice a week. We are continuing our our 12 holiday treats this week!

Day 1: Instant Pot or Slow Cooker Cozy Chicken & Wild Rice Soup
Note this is the first time I am trying this recipe. I am going to skip the fried butter and sage at the end. Update 12/8: this was fabulous but I adapted a lot – I am going to make again and post.
Day 2: Meatless Meal: Sheet Pan Baked Feta with Roasted Veggies & Crispy Gnocchi – making this a 1 pan meal!
Day 3: Slow Cooker Meatballs with Spaghetti & Spaghetti Squash and simple raw veggies or salads
Note: This is great on a night we are eating at different times. I have frozen meatballs I am using with a jar of Raos. I will cook the spaghetti squash on top.
Day 4: Sheet Pan Chicken Sausage & Peppers, String Beans & Onions with rolls or my weekly loaf

Flex Meal: Apple Cheddar & Bacon Bread, Scrambled Eggs and a Simple Salad
