Everyone is very excited for a good burger bar night this week and I am excited to try the Trader Joe’s Chicken Shawarma! The Mediterranean Pasta salad is a great side dish or main meatless meal that can be made ahead and served at room temperature.

Day 1: Shortcut Meal: Chicken Shawarma Hummus Bowl
Note: (Used pre-marinated chicken from Trader Joe’s for the first time and we loved it would definitely buy it again)
Day 2: Build your own Burger Bar Night with bagged frozen fries & an easy salad
Day 3: Meatless Meal: Mediterranean Pasta Salad – adding chickpeas for extra protein
Day 4: Instant Pot or Slow Cooker Sticky Korean Chicken serving over rice with snow peas, carrots and peppers
Note: This was the first time I tried this and it was just fine, it wasn’t really “sticky”. I am not going to make again.
Flex Meal: Regular Naan Pizzas or Garlic & Turkey Sausage Naan Pizzas
