I am trying something new the next 3 weeks. I signed up for Pinch of Yum’s Meal Plans to see how she outlines them and explore different recipes. I like her prep work ideas and the shopping list is super helpful. She offers 5 recipes and I doubt all 5 will work for us every week so I will be layering in my own as well.

Day 2: Pinch of Yum Sheet Pan Chicken Pitas with Tzatziki
Day 3: Meatless Meal: Pinch of Yum Spicy Shrimp Tacos with Cilantro Lime
Note: I am going to use fish instead of shrimp and taking a short-cut with a store bought cilantro lime we enjoy from Costco
Day 4: Pinch of Yum Saucy Gochujang Noodles with Chicken – we have made this before and love it but use a lot less spice
Flex Meal: Homemade Pizza with store-bought dough 🙂
Extras: Applesauce Bread – making a double batch for snacks and breakfasts
