I am excited to finally make a picnic night at our beach this week. I am going to pack up the fixings for a BLT board with the option to make a BLT or BLT salad. There is minimal prep work for this crowd pleasing summer meal. For more picnic ideas check out this post from last year. We are excited to try the breakfast burritos as a fun easy dinner to whip after a day camp and the beach!

Day 1: BBQ Chicken Veggie & Rice Bowls: onions, corn, peppers, sweet potatoes add on top of your favorite greens and grains (white rice, brown rice, cauliflower rice or quinoa). I am using the recipe linked above as inspiration with leftover bbq chicken.
Day 2: Picnic night – Build your own BLT or BLT Salad & trail mix cookies (recipe coming this week)
Day 3: Meatless Meal: Breakfast Burritos from Dinner a Love Story – option to have with your favorite raw veggie on the side
Day 4: Grilled Turkey Burgers (with spinach & onions for adults), Cherry Farro Salad & Broccoli
Flex Meal: Mixed leftover night + frozen gnocchi if we need extras
Healthy Treat: Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles
Bulk Breakfast: Baked Banana Nut Oatmeal Cups
