I can’t believe this is the first week of August! We have one last busy week coming up before some vacation time (there will be no meal plan next week). I am making this week easy with some convenience items and leftovers from last week and have noted where you can make recipes easier as well. The highlight will be the picnic night pesto pasta and snack board.

Day 1: Ambitious Kitchen Chicken Taco Salad
Notes:
- I am using leftover chicken and cilantro dressing from last week.
- To make this week you can buy a rotisserie chicken or make my shredded chicken and use half for Day 1 and add taco seasoning and the rest for Day 4.
- Buy a dressing: I love the cilantro dressing from Trader Joe’s. A bottled ranch or fun chipotle dressing would also go well with this salad.
Day 2: Grilled Pork Tenderloin marinated in soyaki with sautéed sugar snap peas and frozen veggie fried rice.
Note: I am buying the Trader Joe’s Soya, but I linked a recipe. You could also use your favorite teriyaki.
Day 3: Picnic Night: Summer Snack Board + Pesto Pasta Salad with tomatoes & mozzarella balls
Note: I am using this pesto, but you can buy your favorite one.
Day 4: Chicken Caesar Flat Breads
Healthy Treat: Frozen Banana Pops
Bulk Breakfast: Zucchini Bread
