Enjoying the last few weeks of summer and using a lot of zucchini this week ☺️. I have seen some pumpkin and fall recipes and I am not ready for it! There is a slow cooker night and 2 make ahead meals this week so we can enjoy fun adventure and pool days. I am trying some new recipes this week and you can follow me along on instagram if you want the review before trying it.

Day 1: Lightened Up Orange Chicken with sugar snap peas & rice (mix of rice & cauliflower rice).

Day 4: Turkey Taco Zucchini Boats (will make some in tortillas for kids and have them try some of the zucchini ones – make ahead recipe
