  • 6 oz plain vanilla yogurt or 5.3 greek + 2tbsp milk

Toppings of Choice:

  • Raisins eyes & mouth option
  • Cheerios mouth option
  • Chocolate Chips eyes option
  • Candy Eyes

Freeze Bananas

  • One Banana will make 4 pops:
  • Keeping the peel on cut your bananas in half (across the middle) and and then cut each half lengthwise and insert a popsicle stick into each piece and then repeat with the other banana half.
  • Peel your banana halves and place each quarter on parchment paper on a small pan or dish that will fit into your freezer.
  • Repeat with the other banana
  • Place the parchment paper onto a dish or small pan and place into the freezer for 2-3 hours

Yogurt Dip

  • Pour your yogurt into a tall glass (it makes dipping easier)
  • Dip 1 frozen banana pop completely into your yogurt and shake off any excess.
  • Quickly sprinkle add on your eyes and mouth
  • Repeat steps 2 & 3 with the rest of your pops
  • Place back into the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour to harden
  • Serve that day or wrap each pop in plastic wrap and store in a sealed container or bag.

  • I used vanilla yogurt, but if you don't keep flavored yogurt on hand you can use plain yogurt or plain with honey like I did here.
  • I cut these lengthwise to make them look more like ghosts but if it is easier you can just cut them in half or quarters like I did here.
  • Options for the eyes: raisins, candy eyes or chocolate chips
  • Options for the mouth: raisins, chocolate chips or cheerios
