Healthy No Bake Apple Donuts

Servings: 12 "Donut Rings" (4-6 children)


  • 2 Apples


  • Peanut Butter
  • Seed Butter
  • Chocolate Nut or Seed Butter
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Cream Cheese


  • Mini Chocolate Chips
  • Chopped Nuts
  • Dye-free rainbow sprinkles
  • Oats or Granola
  • Cereal (Rice Krispies or Cherrios)
  • Seeds - Pumpkin, Sunflower, Chia, Hemp
  • Dried Fruit (Raisins, Dried Cranberries etc..)
  • Shredded Coconut


  • Create Apple Tray - Put desired toppings into silicone cups (you could also use any small cups you have)
  • Using a Apple Corer - core each apple (*see note)
  • Thinly slice the top and bottom off of the apple
  • Slice the Apple into 1/4-1/2 inch slices (I average about 6 slices per apple)
  • Place the Apples in the middle of the tray, help spread on the "Frosting"
  • Decorate, Have Fun and Enjoy!


  1. If you are prepping the apples ahead of time you will need to dip them in lemon juice and water  (juice of 1 lemon and 1 cup of water) and pat dry to prevent them from browning
  2. If you do not have an apple corer you can slice the apple first and then use a round cookie cutter to cut out the middle
