Hi – Bringing back one main chicken meal this week, but everyone enjoyed the break last week. I can’t wait to make crumb cake at the end of the week!

Day 1: Cinco De Mayo Tacos – we had company Saturday and Sunday evening this weekend so I did a combination of my slow cooker ground meat (I did a mix of turkey and beef) and this chicken taco kit from Costco
Day 2: Sheet Pan Gnocchi with Roasted Veggies
Day 3: Turkey Burgers with sautéed onions and spinach (can be added instead or on top or eliminated). Serve with tater tots, frozen fries or sweet potato wedges.
Day 4: Oven Roasted Chicken Shawarma with tahini, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplant and pitas
Note: This was the first time I am trying this recipe and it was great!
Extras: Mother’s Day Weekend Crumb Cake (I love to make this in memory of my mom every year)
