Welcome Back!! We enjoyed a lazy summer with very light cooking, which has me excited to be back in kitchen and meal planning again. Hope everyone had a great first week of school.

Day 1: Pizza Rolls for the first day of school with your favorite salads.
Note: There is a recipe for an easy dough BUT you can totally save yourself time and buy pizza dough. If you need to bulk this up a little you can ground some meat and add it to your sauce.
Day 2: Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Sliders with a pickles, tater tots and roasted sweet potatoes.
Day 3: Chicken Fajita Cobb Salad
Note: This chicken is super good we all love it! My kids have as a fajita or with toasted bread as well.
Day 4: Asian Pork Tenderloin Dinner – Grilled or Air Fried with Rice and Sugar Snap Peas
Extras: Zucchini Waffles (gluten free adaptable!)
