John is getting braces this week so choosing a few soft meals to start the week. He is my first to get braces so will take all advice – wish us luck!

Day 1: Slow Cooker Kid Friendly Chili Bar with avocado, cheese, chips, sour cream and raw veggie of choice (salads, carrots…)
Day 2: Chicken Parmesan Meatballs (gluten free recipe), Roasted Broccoli and Weekly Sourdough
Note: Both of the recipes above are delicious!! Highly recommend.
Day 3: Air Fryer Chicken Milanese with Mediterranean Salad
Note: We love this recipe! I will most likely serve it with leftover sourdough bread as well
Day 4: Grilled Turkey Burgers with fall harvest salad and tater tots
Extras: Applesauce Bread
