Quick & Easy Shortcut Chicken Parmesan is a 3 ingredient crowd pleaser and is great when you need something fast, flexible or last minute. You can make this gluten free by using your favorite gluten free tenders (I have some suggestions below). Additionally, there are instructions for how to make this in the oven and the air fryer!
What you need for Quick & Easy Shortcut Chicken Parmesan:
- Your favorite pre-breaded frozen chicken tenders – I used Tysons to write this recipe but I have also used and enjoyed the following:
- Purdue Chicken Plus Tenders
- Purdue Simply Smart Chicken Breasts or Chicken Tenders which have gluten free options!
- Bell Evan’s Gluten Free Chicken Tenders (these take longer)
- Your favorite sauce – we love Rao’s
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
Serve with bread or pasta if you want and raw veggie of choice (salad or a tray of raw veggies for your children to pick from).
I did on sheet pan but you can do in a baking dish and add more sauce and cheese if you prefer it that way. While I really love how quick and easy this recipe is my favorite part is how easy the clean up is!
