Meal # 1 Grilled Chicken Caesar Salads
Ingredients:
- Pre-Cooked Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Strips
- Caesar Bagged Salad Kit
Optional to bulk up the meal:
- Avocados
- Tomatoes
- Naan
- Cucumbers
Instructions:
- Warm up chicken according to package instructions (you can even do in your toaster oven!). It will take about 8 minutes.
- Assemble salad while chicken is warming up, add any extras that you may desire.
- Warm up naan if you want (can do with chicken)
- Serve and Enjoy!
Meal #2 – Easy Chicken Caesar Flatbreads
Ingredients:

- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Medium to Large Naan or Pitas

Meal # 3 Grilled Chicken & Rice Pilaf with Peas
Ingredients:
- Pre-Cooked Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Strips
- 1 box Near East Rice Pilaf
- 1 cup frozen peas
Optional to bulk up the meal:
- 1/2 cup (or more to your liking) halved olives
- Toasted pinenuts
Instructions:
- Make the rice according to package instructions (It will take 20-25 minutes). Add the peas for the last 5-10 minutes.
- While the rice is cooking warm up chicken according to package instructions (you can even do in your toaster oven!). It will take about 8 minutes.
- Option to take the chicken off the stick and mix in or just serve right on top.
- Add any extras if you desire, serve and enjoy!
Meal # 4 Sheet Pan Grilled Chicken Skewers with Potatoes & Brussels Sprouts.
Ingredients:
- Pre-Cooked Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Strips
- 1 lb Mini Potatoes (the little potato company if buying at Costco)
- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Line a sheet pan with parchment for easy clean up and preheat the oven to 425.
- Clean and halve your potatoes. Wash your Brussels sprouts, trim the ends and halve or quarter.
- Add the potatoes and Brussels to the sheet pan and toss with olive oil and salt.
- Cook for 20 minutes on the bottom rack, then add chicken and cook for an additional 8 minutes on the top rack.
- Serve and Enjoy!
