Day 2: Slow Cooker Beef & Broccoli
Note: This was super easy and good but not great, I am going to try another recipe the next time.
Day 3: Meatless Meal: Golden Cauliflower Chickpea Bowls
Note: This was so delicious I would definitely make it again
Day 4: Slow Cooker Chili Lime Tacos with Brussels or Salads
Flex Meal: Short Cut Meal: Meatballs from Costco (note these were a new product for me and were delicious!)
Extras: Chewy Granola Bars with Walnuts & Cranberries
Note: These were delicious but a little labor intensive for what they were.
