I have two new recipes and two staple recipes I am using this week. I am looking forward to trying the pulled pork with a leaner cut of meat. I am also hoping we have enough for a 2nd meal with it (Cinco de Mayo tacos 🤗)!

Day 1: Slow Cooker Pulled Pork with Ranch Broccoli Slaw – doing as sliders an/or stuffed in a sweet potato
Note: I did this recipe with pork loin for a leaner cut of meat and it was delicious. I needed to add a little broth for extra moisture.
Day 2: One Pot Ground Turkey and Broccoli Pasta Dinner
Day 3: Meatless Meal: Black Bean and Roasted Veggie Buddha Bowls
Note: I am going to make this with cous cous instead of rice
Day 4: Air Fryer Chicken , Mixed Roasted Veggies & Sourdough
This is SO good I will definitely be making these again
Flex Meal: Pulled Pork Tacos or Quesadillas with leftovers from Day 1
Extras: Almond Butter Brown Rice Krispie Bars
