Hi! We are kicking off the week with a fun Sunday dinner for game watching after an afternoon of soccer games.  The rest of the week is filled with make ahead or short cut meals for busy activity afternoons.

Have a great week❤️

Day 1: Sunday Dinner Football Watch: Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken Wings, Turkey Bacon Wrapped Dates & Lightened up Crunchy Asian Ramen Noodle Salad (note this was a new recipe for me and the dressing needed a little more soy and honey)

Day 2: Meatless Meal: Healthy Broccoli Cheddar Soup  with toasted sourdough

This is a new recipe and I will make earlier in the day (updated 11/26 – this was great and 4 out of 5 of us enjoyed).

Day 3: No Boil One Pot Pumpkin & Sausage Baked Ziti will serve with salads or steamed broccoli

Note: This is a new recipe for me, but recommended from a good friend and will prep it ahead (Update 11/26: we really enjoyed this and it was so easy – I did not do it ahead though just because I ran out of time).

Day 4:  Shortcut Meal: Sous Vide Chicken Breast with Near East Rice Pilaf and Brussels Sprouts or Asparagus, or a Fall Salad

Note: this is a meal I am developing with Costco products

Baking 1: Pumpkin Breakfast Cookies

Note: this is a new recipe I am trying (update 11/26 we loved these and will definitely make them again).

Baking 2: Egg Muffins
