Day 3: Steak with Gnocchi & Green Beans
Update 10/21: This is a new recipe and will not be enough food for my family so I made into a sheet pan dinner with cauliflower gnocchi. It was great – hoping to develop this. Cooked at 450 and did the gnocchi and green beans first and then the steak for the last 10 minutes.
Day 4: Lightened UpBuffalo Chicken Dip with Salads, Chips & Celery or Healthy Buffalo Chicken Casserole

Thought this could be a fun weekend football watching dinner or for having friends
Treat: Apple Cider Rice Krispie Treats
